How do I uninstall a program in my control panel?
I'm trying to uninstall my zune software. When I go to my add/remove programs in the control panel, I see my zune. I click to see the options like change or remove, but they aren't there. Why can't I uninstall this program? Any help would be appreciated.
Nevermind, I figured it out. I got a Ccleaner. It worked great.
The options should be appearing. What do you mean by the change or remove options were not there. If what you mean is they were gray and you couldn't click on them, that means that you cannot uninstall it or don't have the privilege to. You can do two things, run the program and see if you can find an unistall button. It is usually in the main menu next to load and credits. You could also try logging onto your main account if you have one on your computer and see if it will let you unistall it.
