how can i mount a weed whacker motor to my bmx bike with out welding?

its a project im doing and i want it to be something simple

make a small carrier to fit over the back wheel...(bolt together)

fit a foot peg from a BMX flat style bike. (1 1/4 Diam 3" long)
to the weed wacker motor..

drive directly on to the tyre of the bike..

bolted in the right position on the carrier it will give you drive to the tyre..

I fitted one on my sons bike... let the tyre down a bit when you fit it... then when you reinflate you get good drive to the tyre...
