what do u think is wrong with me?
im tired all the time. i go to work for 8 hours and i come home and all i want to do is eat and go to bed. im a machinist. i mean, im not lazy but im not over stressed at work. my energy level is gone. it seems like i have to drink alot of coffee or something like mountain dew to get through the day anymore. i have no motovation to do anything. i feel shakey all the time from the amount of sugar to keep me alive during the day. im not on any medications or anything strange. my eating hasnt changed. what is the problem its driving me nuts.. lol any help or advice?
Do you think you could be depressed? Change your tactics. Limit yourself to one serving per day of caffeine. Get a good nights sleep--you may be surprised by how well you can sleep when you cut the caffeine. Eat healthy--1 serving of meat, chicken, or fish, etc., and 2 veggies. Lay off the sugar. Sometimes doing something positive for yourself can be enough to change things around for you. Force yourself to do something "extra" 3-4 days a week, even if it is a walk in the park or going out to eat with a friend. You probably aren't sick, just a product of your lifestyle. Improve your lifestyle and you'll feel better and have more energy and initative.
