Is there a machine that is wireless / dial a hole for me?
What I'd like to do is to make a hole 1 / 4 "NPT or 1 / 8" NPT. The piece is constructed of aluminum round 2. "However, I'd rather do it with a piece of machinery. Is there a machine that will affordable? Can a drill press or milling of low-end machine is equipped with an accessory to do this well? If not, is there anything I should know before attempting this with a traditional touch? Maybe it was not clear, but I'm looking for a replacement mechanical key and often die because states that do not go into the rectum, or have problems with the collection, especially aluminum.
Sounds like all you need is a wrench, the handle, the right size drill and some cutting oil. The only thing that can be difficult to drill the hole in the population throughout the year. A drill press with a vise to help. Personally I think a drill press is one of the most useful in any store. It is probably the most used piece of stationary that I own. (Well, truth be told that I have two, but that's another story ...) Cutting oil will burn the easy part, WD40 works well for aluminum.
