Workman's comp case (carpal tunnel)?
Today I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. My job will be a lot manual labor. (I'm a machine operator, so I'm always using wrenches, micrometers, and many other hand tools). In this case of a worker comp? I live in CT. I worry that my boss is mad at me for not going through my health insurance, and I say maybe fire me. Last year we had a meeting due too many claims and premiums are rising. What should I do??
If your symptoms are the result of work activity, which seems obvious, is certainly a worker compensation case.
