WE WANT TO INSTAL A SCREEN MACHINE IN ONE OUR OVERSEAS PROJECT TO SEPARATE DUST/MUD. THE DETAIL OF SCREEN ARE AS UNDER:- 1)MATERIAL TO BE HANDLED :- CRUSHED AGGREGATE 2)CAPACITY :- 70TPH 3)FEEDING EQUIPMENT :- BELT COPNVEYOR 4)TYPE OF SCREEN :- TO SELECT 5)MATERIAL TO BE SCREEN :- BELOW 6MM. OVER SIZE :- (-)75 TO (-)6MM 6) QTY :-4 NOS CAN SOMEONE SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING:- 1)TYPE OF SCREEN IE ROTARY / VIBRATING 2) SIZE OF SCREEN 3) MOTOR HP ETC. 4) MANUFACTURER NAME THANKS AND REGARDS
Some General Answer: Assuming reasonably free flowing material under 6% moisture (which by the way is considered dry)

MATERIAL TO BE HANDLED :- CRUSHED AGGREGATE
I will make assumption .....100 lbs/cu/ft typical limestone
2)CAPACITY :- 70TPH
I will assume (STPH) Imperial Tons
3)FEEDING EQUIPMENT :- BELT COPNVEYOR
Conveyor should be miniumum 36" wide, but ensure a full spread to full width of the screen to ensure we get the tonnage out
4)TYPE OF SCREEN: See below pick
5)MATERIAL TO BE SCREEN :- BELOW 6MM
Assume install 6mm square opening,T304 stainless steel, middling wire diameter range (Could go FLEXMAT) if needed - a superior choice especially if crushed material
OVER SIZE :- (-)75 TO (-)6MM
6) QTY :-4 NOS ???
CAN SOMEONE SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING:-
1)TYPE OF SCREEN IE ROTARY / VIBRATING
Circle throw, vibratings screen at 25 degree decline,
1/4 (6mm) circle 1000-1100 rpm range, running counterflow
rotation
2) SIZE OF SCREEN: 5x16 (90 sq ft screening area) Assuming we can pass between .8 to 1.0 tons per sq foot by sizing and without the benefit of a full sieve analysis of the feed
3) MOTOR HP ETC. 7.5 Hp
4) MANUFACTURER NAME: Dillon screen 2 brg circle throw inclined
NOTE: Could be smaller depending on sieve analysis....if we do anything here.....SMALLER stroke and faster RPM and steeper angle are all do-able by the rules.
Many makes of screens can do this job quite nicely.
