I'm trying to find entry-level toolkit to be a glazier?
I'm taking a new job as an apprentice glazier and tools need to start it. Quality is important.
It all depends on the type of work performed by the company that will work for - but most programs trainee simply require basic tools of good quality. You can add special pliers, cutters, elevators, point drivers, etc, if necessary. For now, you should get a tool belt or box (ask your coworkers to use) and fill with good quality tools hand (Artisan is good and widely available) including a 16-ounce hammer, putty knives several good quality, regular Phillips screwdriver set and the common sizes, lineman, the sliding joint and needle nose pliers, a pair of adjustable wrenches "Media Luna" type, a small quarter "put drive socket, blocking utlity or razor, etc. Especially the things you have in your own toolbox. Once again - wait until you see the type of work you are doing before investing a lot and see what other traders in his team have on their belts or boxes.
