Buying tips for Rotary Table
A turntable is used in precision metalworking. It consists of a solid base that can be attach to any other point. In simple words, turntables are the disks that rotate independently or with a worm (handle).
Rotary tables are used in different applications such as machining, assembly and automation. Apart from this, these boards find use in the assembly and positioning equipment. When you are buying a table, there are some things to consider. These include:
Table Diameter
The diameter of the desk is the surface of the table rotating.
Measurement of Through-Hole Diameter
Is the diameter of the amplitude of the current hole in the center of the workstation.
Maximum radial load
When the load is pushed against the table, the largest amount that can be supported in vertical or horizontal axis is the maximum radial load.
Maximum axial load Bureau
Maximum weight tables are capable of supporting at the time of concentric operations.
Table rotation speed
The speed of rotation of the series B of the manufacturer.
Increase minimum Indexing
angle smaller adjustment in the table.
Rotary tables can be mounted on horizontal styles, vertical or inverted. When the table is mounted horizontally, which is in a flat, horizontal and vertical. In the vertical mounting surface, the bureau runs up and down. When investing, the table is upside down in a horizontal angle.
The drive location on the rotary table depends on the mount. You can place the units under, behind, at the top or side of the table. When the unit is mounted in a horizontal position, is above the table surface. When the table is mounted horizontally, side-mounted unit is placed beside the table surface.
A rotating table may be manually operated, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric. If you are driving by hand, the table must be loosened and it must be converted manually with the crank.
